Privacy policy

CHEBBEK Portes et Fenêtres ("we") operates chebbekpf.com. This page explains what personal information we collect through the site, why, where it is kept, and how to exercise your rights.

What we collect

Only what you type into the estimate form yourself:

  • your name, phone number and email address;
  • the project type and the details you describe;
  • photos of your project, if you choose to attach any — this is optional;
  • which language version of the page you used, so we reply in it.

The site sets no tracking cookies, does not profile visitors, and carries no advertising tools.

Visitor statistics

To see how many people visit the site and which pages interest them, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It sets no cookies, does not follow visitors from site to site, and gives us only overall numbers: page views, where visits come from (for example Google), country, device type and loading speed. It does not tell us who you are. Cloudflare may process this data outside Quebec.

Why

To call you back, prepare your estimate, and carry out the work if you hire us. We do not sell or trade your information, and we do not send newsletters.

Where it is kept

The form is handled by Netlify, which hosts the site and stores enquiries and any attached photos. If Netlify is briefly unavailable, the text of your enquiry (without the photos) is sent through Formspree, our backup, so that no enquiry is lost. Both providers may store data outside Quebec, including in the United States.

How long

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to follow up and, if work goes ahead, for as long as our accounting and legal obligations require. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You may request access to your information, its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. Email info@chebbekpf.com or call (514) 660-1976; we respond within 30 days.

Changes

Any change will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
